Depends on who makes it! Team Nilaga when it comes to my Mama Cel (she’s in the Philippines now though) but Sinigang is actually the ONE dish my kitchen-challenged mother can make.

But if you know me, you know I don’t like sabaw anything (yes, I give away the soup of my ramen/pho/etc).

I’ll wait until the Team Sisig vs. Team Lechon battle commences.
